"I’ve been with Shane Laughlin’s State Farm office for about 10 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a complaint. Anytime there has been an opportunity to lower my insurance or save me money, they’ve reached out and let me know. Her office always answers the phone, and they’ve always been helpful whenever I’ve needed something.
Most recently, I was rear-ended, and at 40 years old, I realized I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do when it came to filing an insurance claim. 😂 The State Farm app made the entire process incredibly easy and walked me through everything step by step. Shane’s office also followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was being handled.
Dealing with the insurance side of this accident has hands-down been the easiest part of my week, which I definitely did not expect to say! I really appreciate having an agent and an office that actually takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Shane Laughlin and her team!"
